Leading Aluminized Steel Supplier

Dass Steel Service Centre has the largest Aluminized Steel supply. Our Aluminized steel is reasonably priced and renowned for its improved performance, dimensional precision, and corrosion resistance. We also retain ready stock in steel grades to quickly and precisely deliver materials when needed.

Description

Aluminized steel is hot-dip coated on both sides with an aluminum-silicon alloy. This process ensures a strong metallurgical bond between the steel sheet and its aluminum coating, resulting in a material with a unique combination of properties not found in either steel or aluminum alone. Aluminized steel has a dazzling appearance and offers heat resistance at an affordable price.

Aluminized steel is advantageous for high-temperature, corrosion-resistant uses that do not need a high strength-to-weight ratio. Slitting, blanking, shearing, degreasing & brushing, stretcher leveling, and metallurgical support are the capabilities for aluminized steel sheets. The following products are made with aluminized steel:

  • Ventilation, Heating, and Air conditioning systems for residential and commercial purposes
  • Appliances for the home
  • Engine Components

Common Applications for Aluminized Steel

  • HVAC
  • Heat Exchanges
  • Mufflers
  • Water Heaters and Culvert

Types of Aluminized Steel Dass Steel Service Centre Carries Out

Press Hardened Aluminized Steel

Press hardening combines forming and heat treatment techniques to build high-strength complicated structures. A special manufacturing procedure of press hardened aluminized steel is heated to a minimum temperature of 850°C. Then it is shaped into its final form in water-cooled dies that regulate the cooling and quenching rates to ensure that the desired characteristics are met.
